- Use the ICAI BoS mobile app for Android or iOS.
- For the registration portal, visit bosmtp.icai.org.
The question papers are scheduled to be uploaded by 9:30 AM on the relevant test date. Students should download the paper, attempt it in the stipulated time and avoid checking the answers before completing the test.
How to Register for Physical Mock Tests
Students who want to appear in physical mode should approach the ICAI branch or regional office in their area. The announcement also provides the following registration sequence for the BoS MTP registration portal:
- Open the BoS MTP Registration Portal and select Student Login.
- If you are using the portal for the first time, select Register Now.
- Enter your Registration Number and Date of Birth.
- After registration, enter your email address registered as per SSP.
- Use the OTP received on your email to log in.
Students should make sure that their email address is accessible before starting the registration process. For physical tests, also confirm the branch-specific instructions, venue and availability directly with the concerned ICAI branch.
When Will the CA Intermediate MTP Answer Keys Be Available?
According to the ICAI announcement, the answer key for each paper will be uploaded within 48 hours from the date and time at which the respective paper begins. This gives students an opportunity to compare their answers with the key and assess their performance after attempting the paper honestly.
How to Use These Mock Tests Effectively
- Attempt each paper from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM without avoidable interruptions.
- Use the applicable syllabus and study material for the January 2027 attempt.
- Do not pause the test repeatedly if you are practising exam conditions.
- Record marks, unanswered questions and the time spent on difficult areas.
- After the answer key is uploaded, review errors by topic rather than only looking at the final score.
- Maintain a short revision list for concepts, standards, provisions and practical adjustments that need another review.
Students can also use the CA Intermediate MTP download resource on CA Study Web when papers are available, along with the CA Intermediate RTP collection for additional revision practice.
Useful CA Intermediate January 2027 Preparation Resources
Before beginning the mock-test cycle, students may also review the CA Foundation and Intermediate January 2027 exam dates and practise with the CA Intermediate question paper collection. After evaluating an attempt, the CA Intermediate suggested answers can help students study how answers are presented and where marks may be earned.
These resources should support the ICAI mock tests, not replace the official BoS portals. Always confirm the latest paper, syllabus and attempt-specific instructions from ICAI before starting preparation.
