Summary of the Presidential Address for Students by CA. Naveen N.D. Gupta – 
1. Paper 6(Final New) – MCQ for 40 Marks
2. Digital Evaluation implemented on pilot basis for IPCC Group 1 Evaluation
3. Centralized Evaluation implemented on pilot basis for evaluation of one of the paper of CA Final Group 1.
4. The present system of decentralised evaluation of exams will be scrapped in coming years
5. Strict implementation of ‘Stepwise marking’ to be implemented. If stepwise mark is not provided for an answer, the same shall be treated as Unmarked and will be re-evaluated.
6. Terms and conditions which restrict students from sharing certified answersheets to others has been scrapped. Now students can share the certified answersheets. 
7. Proposal to implement Re-evaluation of answersheets are under process. The same shall be implemented once the CA Act and regulations are amended after consulting with CG.
8. Reduction in fees of Live Virtual Class conducted by ICAI by 50%

9. IPCC Old Scheme will get 2 more attempts under Old scheme.
