- Incriminating documents and digital devices indicating massive financial irregularities

Despite collecting large sums, faculty salaries were allegedly unpaid for months, adding to internal mismanagement and distress. - Closure of Coaching Centres:
About 32 FIIT-JEE coaching centres located in Ghaziabad, Lucknow, Meerut, Noida, Prayagraj, Delhi, Bhopal, Gwalior, Indore, Faridabad, Gurugram, Mumbai, and other cities were abruptly closed, impacting nearly 15,000 students and their families.
