The Committee on Capital Market and Investors’ Protection is pleased to announce its 1st batch of Online Certificate Course on Financial Markets and Securities Laws for members of ICAI as per below details: –
| 07-08-2021 | Chapter 9: Mutual Funds & Commodity Derivatives Markets |
| 08-08-2021 | Chapter 10: Common Laws – Study of Relevant Provisions |
| 21-08-2021 | Chapter 11: Fund Raising |
| 22-08-2021 | Chapter 12: Infrastructure Finance |
| 28-08-2021 | Chapter 13: NPA Management and Appellate Jurisdictions |
| 29-08-2021 | Chapter 14: Financial Planning and Asset Management |
| One project Topic is allotted for each participant. 90% attendance in classes is mandatory for appearing in the exams. Online Exams will be conducted through DLH i.e. two papers with 100 % MCQs | |
