ANNOUNCEMENT

Sub: Extension of filing of e-form AOC-4, AOC-4 (CFS), AOC-4 XBRL and AOC-4 Non XBRL for the FY 2019-20 upto 15.02.2021

This is to inform you that Ministry of Corporate Affairs have extended the due date for filing e-form AOC-4, AOC-4 (CFS), AOC-4 XBRL and AOC-4 Non XBRL for the Financial Year ended 31.03.2020 upto 15^th February 2021.

Accordingly, no additional fees will be levied for filing annual financial statements for the financial year ended as on 31^st March 2020 upto 15^th February 2021.
