ICAI has issued a new notification for CA Final Old Syllabus Students today. Notification is with respect to Corporate & Allied Laws Paper. Text of the notification reads as below –
| For kind attention of Final (old course) w.r.t. May 2020 examination |
| This is to bring to the notice of the students of final old course appearing for May 2020 examination that chapter 22: FEMA of the study material of Final Paper -4: Corporate and Allied Laws, June 2018 edition has been revised in line with the announcement webhosted on the ICAI website dated 09.07.19 pertaining to the Inclusion/ Exclusion of topics from the scope of syllabus. Please note that RTPs for May 2020 haven’t been released yet. However, we will update as soon as ICAI releases it..
