| This is to inform you that the Ministry of Corporate Affairs vide its General Circular dated 31st May 2022 has relaxed the payment of additional fees upto 30th June 2022 in case of delay in filing all the event-based LLP e-forms which are due on and after 25th Feb 2022 to 31st May 2022. It may be noted that the following are the event-based e-forms for LLP for which waiver has been granted: e-form-3, 4, 5, 12, 15 and 22. The CL&CGC of ICAI would continue to support the MCA project and assist our members. Members may note the above and plan accordingly.
