| This is to inform you that Ministry of Corporate Affairs vide its General Circular dated 27th May 2022 has relaxed the payment of additional fees in case of delay in filing Form 11 (Annual Return) for the FY 2021-22 by Limited Liability Partnerships up to 30th June, 2022. The CL&CGC of ICAI would continue to support the MCA project and assist our members. The members may note the above and plan accordingly.
